What are the timings of ClearIAS Classes?
At ClearIAS, we understand that our students include working professionals, college students, and full-time UPSC aspirants. That is why we offer a combination of live interactive classes, recorded classes, and doubt-clearing sessions.
1. Recorded Classes – Learn Anytime, Anywhere
Recorded classes can be watched anytime, anywhere, and at your own pace through the ClearIAS Classes website or mobile app. You can also revisit lessons for revision whenever needed.
2. Live Interactive Classes
Live-class timings depend on the course or batch:
- Regular Evening Classes: 7 PM to 9 PM Monday-Friday.
- Weekend Classes: Special sessions, current affairs, and subject updates are usually conducted on Saturdays.
- Weekly Mock Exams: Sundays from 9.30 AM to 11.30 AM (flexible).
Individual classes usually last around 2 hours. The detailed timetable will be shared after enrolment.
3. What If I Miss a Live Class?
No worries! You can watch the recorded version later.
- Live-class recordings are generally uploaded to your student dashboard within 24 hours.
- You can watch recordings at your convenience and revisit them for revision.
- Additional doubt-clearing sessions will help you clarify questions.
4. How Will I Receive Class Updates?
Upcoming live-class schedules, reminders, and important announcements will be communicated through the ClearIAS Classes Mobile App. We recommend installing the app and enabling notifications.

No Refund Policy: With respect to our premium classes, exams and other programs, we focus only on serious candidates. To discourage non-serious users to take advantage of our premium courses, we follow a zero-refund policy. Except in cases of double payment, we cannot offer a refund.
Demo Classes: We provide Demo Classes for aspirants to assess the quality of the classes offered by us. Demo classes are provided along with most of the premium packages/courses. Any aspirant is welcome to take Demo Classes for FREE.
Demo Classes are provided with the expectation that aspirants get enough opportunities to assess the features and quality of our platform.
Please read ClearIAS Classes’ terms and conditions carefully before joining any courses, as once the payment is made, you cannot change or cancel the course or plan. Once you make the required payment (fees) for a course, it shall be final and there cannot be any refund.
How long will I get access to my online course if I pay for ClearIAS Courses?
Generally, Prelims cum Mains classes are valid until the next UPSC CSE Mains Exam. For example, the Prelims cum Mains course for UPSC CSE 2030 is valid until UPSC CSE Mains 2030.
